SYNOPSIS

As part of the ongoing effort to monitor and streamline logistics/ warehouse operations, the research team carried out foundational research efforts to inform the development of two new internal facing products. Followed by the development and evaluation of the same products. Both products enabled warehouse associates and their managers to monitor and move inventory as effectively as possible. Product 1 showcased impacts at a dashboard/ network level. Product 2 showcased impacts at the hand-held scanner/ jobsite level. Both products are currently in use.
